Pineapple Upside-down Cake

I can't take credit for this. The folks where I used to work at the Brass Rail came up with this drink, and it quickly became a staple. I'm including it here because it is delicious. Below are two versions: the shot and the drink.

The t-Virus

After I got a positive reaction posting this on Reddit, I decided to make a blog for crazy drinks I come up with. As a huge fan of video games, the zombie genre, and alcohol, I wanted to make a drink based on the walking dead. I thought the t-Virus vial from Resident Evil would be great to mimic. There were some others I had seen in the past, using licorice in place of the iconic double helix. For making a quick version of a t-Virus shot, I definitely recommend going this direction. However, I wanted mine to be made entirely of alcohol.
