I can't take credit for this. The folks where I used to work at the Brass Rail came up with this drink, and it quickly became a staple. I'm including it here because it is delicious. Below are two versions: the shot and the drink.
Drink recipe:
3 parts Cake-flavored Vodka (Three Olives Cake or UV Cake)
1 part Pinnacle Whipped Vodka
1.5 parts Pineapple Juice
Couple squirts of Grenadine
Add ingredients to a shaker filled with ice and shake. Strain into chilled martini glass.
Shot recipe:
Equal parts of Cake-flavored Vodka, Pinnacle Whipped, and Pineapple Juice. Shake and strain into shot glass. Add grenadine to settle at the bottom.
